  • We strive to understand users and their stated and unstated requirements/needs/wants.
  • Formalize strategic direction which the product or concept development should take.
  • Form and implement multidisciplinary product or concept development teams along w/clients to facilitate early involvement and understanding thus allowing refinement in design.
  • Involve suppliers early so that they can bring their profound experience and refinement in the concept design.
